Criteria for the Schulich School of Engineering Alumni Leadership Excellence Award:

• Sustained leadership resulting in significant change or advancement through activities in engineering-related business, industry and/or the education sector
• Recognition at the local, national and/or international level for engineering leadership accomplishments
• Contributions to public education and understanding of the role played by professional engineers in society
• Service to community as evidenced by participation in commissions, community initiatives, volunteer organizations or other unpaid work
• Accomplishments serve as an example to the engineering community
• Serve as an inspiration to engineering and the Schulich School of Engineering community

Criteria for the Schulich School of Engineering Early Achievement Alumni Award:

• Graduated from their last awarded degree at the Schulich School of Engineering within the last 10 years
• Exceptional professional development and accomplishments during their career
• Accomplishments serve as an example to the engineering community
• Serve as an inspiration to engineering and the Schulich School of Engineering community

Criteria for the Schulich School of Engineering Entrepreneurship Alumni Award:

• Exceptional entrepreneurial contributions to a business, public or non-profit organization
• Accomplishments serve as an example to the engineering community
• Serve as an inspiration to engineering and the Schulich School of Engineering community

Criteria for the Schulich School of Engineering Environment and Sustainability Alumni Award:

• Exceptional contributions that promote and enhance sustainability and environmentally friendly practices in the engineering profession
• Accomplishments serve as an example to the engineering community
• Serve as an inspiration to engineering and the Schulich School of Engineering community

Criteria for the Schulich School of Engineering Diversity and Equity Alumni Award:

• Exceptional contributions to promoting and advancing diversity and equity in the engineering profession and the community
• Contributions related to diversity and equity advancement in the Schulich School of Engineering
• Accomplishments serve as an example to the engineering community
• Serve as an inspiration to engineering and the Schulich School of Engineering community

Criteria for the Schulich School of Engineering Technical Achievement Alumni Award:

• Technical excellence in the engineering area leading to significant and innovative advancement
