Engineering the perfect pancake
Light, fluffy and golden brown – the engineering leadership team served up pancakes for more than 500 guests at the annual Schulich Stampede Breakfast on Tuesday, July 9.
It was our chance to welcome our alumni and community supporters back to campus to share our western hospitality.
A live performance from country music band the Ruminants wafted over the Jeff and Liz Anne Tonken Plaza out front of the Canadian Natural Resources Limited Engineering Complex.
Stampede enthusiasts – the young and young at heart – enjoyed face painting, a western-themed photo booth and cuddling some adorable barnyard creatures. And many Schulich faculty and staff members brought their families to take in the festivities.
It was a morning filled with laughter, good food and a few tall tales. Thank you to everyone who joined us again this year.
