Internships begin anytime between May 1 and September 1 of each year. In some special cases, internships may also start in January. The application process begins in the September of the student's third year of studies, or 8 to 12 months in advance of the typical work start date. To see if you qualify for the program please see the eligibility page. CareerLink is the platform we use for both applications to the internship program and internship job postings. If you are looking for an internship position and have been accepted into the program, check out the postings available under the CareerLink Schulich Engineering Internship tab. If you are having difficulties please contact us.

For students who have already accepted an offer for a position posted in CareerLink, please notify the internship office of your placement. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, the company's name, start date and duration. If you have found a job not listed in CareerLink, please forward a copy of the job description to our email so that an Advisor can review and approve or decline the description.
The photo/video contest is an exciting way to share your experiences with others. The contest is open each year to students currently on internship or just returning from placement.
Students accepted into the Internship Program are able to start viewing postings and applying for jobs in November of each year for positions starting between May 1-September 1 of the following year.
