Oil and Gas Engineering

Submitted by lavonneb.local on Thu, 03/27/2014 - 5:25pm

Whether this is your first year or final year of studies at the Schulich School of Engineering, we want to help make your experience a success. This page includes information about the oil and gas engineering program and links to important information such as course outlines, requirements and schedules.

Our school’s location in Calgary, the energy capital of Canada, gives us strong connections to the oil and gas industry. Our professors understand the industry’s needs and challenges, which means students graduate with knowledge and skills that are valuable and relevant.

As an oil and gas engineer, your work could include evaluating reservoirs using reservoir description and modeling techniques, overseeing drilling operations, or designing hydrocarbon production and treatment facilities.
