New Academic Position in Geomatics Engineering
New academic position in Geomatics Engineering:
1. The selected candidate must provide evidence of research excellence and prove the ability to build a robust research program within the research areas: (a) Geodesy, remote sensing and Earth Observation, (b) Positioning, navigation and wireless location, (c) Digital imaging systems, and (d) GIScience and land tenure.
2. The candidate must demonstrate the ability to teach courses in the Cadastral Surveying concentration and specifically courses in Survey law and practice, and Land use planning.
3. The candidate must present a documented plan and timeline to seek commission or licensure as a Land Surveyor from the Association of Canada Land Surveyors.
