Research description:
Edge computing brings us ultra-low latency. Future services will be deployed at the edge close to everyone to support connected autonomous vehicles (CAV), augmented reality (AR), Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) and all other edge-based applications for a better world. The research areas of focus aim at building the next-generation distributed learning systems at the network edge, with the consideration of resource allocation, privacy and security, high availability, and service orchestration.
