SSE ENG Atrium Booking Request Form

Please use the form below to request a booking for SSE ENG ATRIUM. Requests may be submitted up to one month in advance and may not be booked on a reoccurring basis. This booking requires approval and is subject to the discretion of the SSE Operations team.

If you need to book the same space for multiple dates, you must submit a separate request for each date. Recurring bookings cannot be made in a single form.

Please note:

Garbage service is required and can be booked through Caretaking for a fee of $35 per bin/day. Once booked, please forward the confirmation to @sserooms@ucalgary.ca. The booking request will not be processed until this section is completed.
The group must clean the space, including wiping tables and chairs and ensuring catering is removed.
If the space is not cleaned by the group after use, applicable caretaking fees will be charged.

 Will attendees be charged a fee to participate?

Yes

All events with fees are booked through Campus Events.
