The Bill Rosehart Wellness Room (ENA 06) Booking Request Form

Please use the form below to request a booking for Bill Rosehart Wellness Room. Requests may be submitted up to one month in advance and may not be booked on a reoccurring basis.

If you need to book the same room for multiple dates, you must submit a separate request for each date. Recurring bookings cannot be made in a single form. 

This booking requires approval and is subject to the discretion of the SSE Operations team.

Please note:

Garbage and recycling bins are required. A fee of $35 per bin/day applies. Please arrange booking directly though Caretaking, and once confirmed, forward the confirmation to sserooms@ucalgary.ca to confirm booking. The booking request will not be processed until this section is completed.
The group must clean the space, including wiping tables and chairs and ensuring catering is removed.
If the space is not cleaned by the group after use, applicable caretaking fees will be charged.

All events with fees are booked through Campus Events.
