SSE ENG 03 Booking Request Form

Please use the form below to request a booking for SSE ENG 03. Requests may be submitted up to one month in advance and may not be booked on a reoccurring basis.  

If you need to book the same room for multiple dates, you must submit a separate request for each date. Recurring bookings cannot be made in a single form.

This booking requires approval and is subject to the discretion of the SSE Operations team.

Please note:

Garbage and recycling bins are required. A fee of $35 per bin/day applies. Please arrange booking directly though Caretaking, and once confirmed, forward the confirmation to sserooms@ucalgary.ca to confirm booking.
The group must clean the space, including wiping tables and chairs and ensuring catering is removed.
If the group does not clean, caretaking fees will be charged to the group.

Will attendees be charged a fee to participate?

Events with fees should be referred to Campus Events.
