Reappraisal of Graded Term Work and Academic Assessments
Policy
The purpose of this policy is to create a process by which a Student can request and obtain a Reappraisal of Graded Term Work or Academic Assessment (final grades). This policy applies to all students in the Schulich School of Engineering at the University of Calgary.
Grade Reappraisal Request Form
Students with sufficient academic grounds may request a reappraisal of a term work (assignment, lab, test, midterm, lab, etc). The student shall discuss the term work with the course coordinator/instructor within 10 business days of being notified about the mark. If the student is not satisfied with the outcome, they can submit this form to the department in which the course is offered.
Student Academic Misconduct

The purpose of this policy is to support a strong culture of academic integrity at the University.
UCalgary Procedure
The purpose of this procedure is to describe the processes involved in reporting, investigating, and responding to Academic Misconduct at the University.
Schulich Operating Standard
The purpose of this is to describe the process followed in the Schulich School of Engineering to respond to allegations of Student Academic Misconduct in accordance with the Student Academic Misconduct Policy and Procedure.
Academic Misconduct Reporting Form
This form should be used to submit a complaint alleging a student has or is planning to violate the Student Academic Misconduct Policy.

The purpose of this policy is to identify the appeal bodies, and the principles and procedures for appeals of decisions.
