Hundreds take in annual Schulich Stampede Breakfast
The weather was pleasant, the atmosphere was festive and the food was delicious once again as the Schulich School of Engineering hosted its annual Stampede Breakfast on July 7.
Hundreds of students, faculty, staff, alumni and community members gathered at the Jeff and Liz Anne Tonken Plaza in front of the Canadian Natural Resources Limited Engineering Complex in what has become a favourite tradition in celebrating the Calgary Stampede.
With music from the Schulich Soundstage, magic from Malcolm Russel, face painting and appearances from special guests including the University of Calgary’s Rex, everyone also enjoyed the pancakes, scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage.
We want to sincerely thank everyone for joining us, as well as all of those who helped bring the morning together.
